ABOUT US

Growing up I was a very sporty kid, state representative swimmer, semi professional footballer and was very heavy into bodybuilding. I was always coached and told how to win, how to be your best and how to reach my full potential.

 

A lengthened injury put me out of football to the point I had to stop and pursue a new competitive passion. This is where I found bodybuilding to be my new sport. I needed that competitiveness.

 

Being fairly successful with bodybuilding, after 4 years of competing I injured my back. Not just once or twice, but three times. Each making me bedridden and chronic lower back pain.

Going back to my roots about mentality and being a winner. I moved away from bodybuilding and learnt the game of strength, powerlifting, rehabilitation and body movement. Little did I know how much this new knowledge to me was going to change my whole perspective about lifting.

 

What I have been able to achieve, learning from my coaches and mentors has separated myself apart from other coaches in the industry. I take a completely different approach to my coaching with clientele now to assure they reach their full potential. Whether it be their mentality, their training technique/movement, thinking outside of the box, rehabbing through strength training and much more. I do what other coaches won't do and the client's results speak for themselves.
